Question 1

What exactly is a "job"?

Accepted Answer

It's a record you open for a customer's job. A phone brought in for repair is one job. The photos, status changes, quotes, signatures and warranty certificate you add to it aren't counted separately; they're all part of the same job.

Question 2

What happens if I go over my plan's jobs?

Accepted Answer

Your service isn't cut off. Each extra job is added to your invoice at the end of the month at your plan's per-job rate (₺0.99 on Starter). If you like, you can set an alert amount and a monthly cap, and stop new jobs from being opened once you reach it.

Question 3

How does the free trial work?

Accepted Answer

For 14 days you get every Pro feature for up to 50 jobs. We don't ask for a card. When the trial ends your records aren't deleted right away; your account stays read-only until you choose a plan. If no plan is chosen within 12 months, job records and photos are deleted.

Question 4

How many people can I add to my team?

Accepted Answer

As many as you like, on every plan. Everyone has their own login, so the record shows who did what. Roles are simple: owner, manager, staff and front desk.

Question 5

Does my customer need to download an app?

Accepted Answer

No. Your customer scans the QR code on the receipt or opens your link. Tracking, quote approval and warranty verification all work in the browser.

Question 6

How do I get my invoice?

Accepted Answer

Payment is taken from your card and your invoice arrives by email every month. You can also download past invoices from the dashboard. Prices exclude VAT.

Question 7

Can I cancel any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for, and you can keep using İşlemde until then. There's no commitment.

Question 8

Can I change my plan?

Accepted Answer

Upgrades take effect immediately; you only pay the difference for the remaining days. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next period.

Question 9

Is customer data safe? What about KVKK?

Accepted Answer

You are the data controller for your customers' data; İşlemde, as data processor, only stores it on your behalf. Connections are encrypted, and customer tracking pages show only the name and device details. We also provide a ready-made privacy notice you can show customers at intake.

Question 10

I have more than one branch. How do I use İşlemde?

Accepted Answer

On the Business plan you can add up to three branches. You pick the branch when opening a new job; the job list and board filter by branch, and the intake receipt shows the branch's name, address and phone number. Other plans have a single branch.

Question 11

Is there an API?

Accepted Answer

Yes, on the Business plan. From your own software you can read jobs and customers with a key, and with a read-write key open jobs, change their status and add notes. Webhooks tell your system the moment a job is opened, its status changes or a quote is answered.

Question 12

I'm switching from another program. What happens to my records?

Accepted Answer

Import your customers and past jobs with the Excel or CSV file you export from your old program; İşlemde matches the columns itself and shows any errors before importing. Imported past jobs don't count against your job allowance, and an import can be undone in one click within a day. You can also export all your data to Excel whenever you like.

Question 13

Do you send SMS or WhatsApp messages?

Accepted Answer

Yes, from your own accounts. Connect your own WhatsApp Business number and device-ready, quote, payment and appointment notifications go by WhatsApp to customers who have agreed to them. For automatic SMS you connect your own SMS provider's account (Netgsm, iletiMerkezi, Verimor or Mutlucell); messages go out under your own sender name. Email notifications are included in every plan. On top of that, ready-made WhatsApp messages, worded by you, open with one tap for every job. If you like, reminders for devices waiting for pickup, unanswered quotes and warranties about to expire go out on their own too; by email if you have no SMS account.

Question 14

Who pays for WhatsApp messages?

Accepted Answer

The business. Each business connects its own WhatsApp Business number, and Meta charges message fees directly to that business's Meta account; Meta sets the prices. İşlemde charges nothing extra for WhatsApp or SMS messages. SMS fees are paid to your own SMS provider.

Question 15

Does the customer get both WhatsApp and SMS?

Accepted Answer

No, each notification goes out once. WhatsApp is tried first. If the customer hasn't agreed to WhatsApp updates, or Meta hasn't approved that message template yet, it goes straight to SMS. If the WhatsApp message doesn't reach the customer within half an hour, the same message goes out as SMS; if it does, no SMS is sent. Customers can turn off WhatsApp notifications themselves with the "Stop notifications" button in the message.

Question 16

Do you track parts stock and appointments?

Accepted Answer

Yes, on every plan. Keep your parts as stock items; a part used on a job comes out of stock, can be added to the quote if you like, and you're notified when it runs low. On the Appointments page you plan service visits by day or week and enter recurring ones, like an annual service, just once; the customer gets a WhatsApp or SMS reminder the day before.
