Distance sales agreement

Parties

Buyer: The natural or legal person who enters the billing details at the payment step. The Buyer's name, address and tax details are the billing details entered during payment.

Subject

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and performance of the İşlemde software service subscription that the Buyer purchases electronically through islemde.app, within the framework of the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Service features and price

The name of the service, the plan, the billing period (monthly or yearly), the plan price per period, VAT and the total amount are shown on the payment page and on the invoice issued. Usage exceeding the number of jobs included in the plan is invoiced separately at the end of the period at the per-job fee shown on the Pricing page.

Payment

The price is collected by credit or debit card through the iyzico infrastructure. The Buyer consents to the period fees and overage fees being charged automatically to their saved card for the duration of the subscription. Card details are not stored by the Seller.

Performance

The service is made available electronically immediately upon approval of the payment. There is no physical delivery.

Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to subparagraph (ğ) of paragraph 1 of Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services performed instantly in electronic form. By approving the payment, the Buyer declares that they agree to the immediate commencement of performance of the service and that they are aware that, for this reason, they have no right of withdrawal.

The Buyer may cancel the subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Details are set out in the Delivery and Returns Terms.

Disputes

A Buyer who qualifies as a consumer may submit complaints and objections, within the monetary limits determined each year by the Ministry of Trade, to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court at their place of residence or at the place where the transaction was made.

Entry into force

The agreement is concluded when the Buyer reads and approves this agreement and the Pre-Information Form at the payment step. A copy of the agreement is sent to the Buyer's e-mail address.
