What's on the ticket?

Everything to ask when you take in a device, on one page. Cut off the customer copy at the bottom and hand it over.

  1. 01

    Customer and device

Name, phone, e-mail, address; device type, brand, model and serial number, IMEI or plate. The estimated ready date too.

  2. 02

    Accessories and condition

What came with it, such as a charger, box or case; marks such as scratches, cracks or liquid damage. No arguments at pick-up.

  3. 03

    Fault, diagnosis and parts

The problem the customer describes, the technician's diagnosis, parts and labour lines; subtotal, tax, deposit and balance.

  4. 04

Status boxes from received to delivered, the approved price, the warranty period, and signatures at drop-off and pick-up.

  5. 05

    Customer copy

Ticket number, date, device, estimated ready date and your phone number. The customer collects the device with it.

After paper

The same ticket, filled in by İşlemde.

A paper ticket does the job, but it gets lost, can't be searched and never tells the customer anything. İşlemde records the same details in a minute and does the rest itself.

Ticket numberWritten by hand; the same number can turn up twice.Every job gets the next number on its own.
Drop-offAccessories and scratches are noted on paper.Photos, accessories and the customer's signature are saved on screen.
Telling the customerYou call each customer when their device is ready. When the device is ready, a text goes out from your own SMS account; without a mobile number, an e-mail.
"Is it ready?"The customer calls, you check the book. The QR code on the ticket opens the job's tracking page; the customer sees the status themselves.
Price approvalA verbal yes on the phone, then "I never said that".The quote goes out as a link; the customer signs and approves it on their phone.
Finding an old jobSearched for in a folder or spreadsheet rows.Found by customer name, device, serial number or job number.
Parts and stockFitted parts go in a separate book.A part added to a job comes off stock and can go on the quote.
WarrantyOnce the ticket is lost, the warranty argument starts. The warranty certificate is added to the job's tracking page.
ReportsYou add it all up in a spreadsheet at month end.How many jobs came in, how many were delivered, how long a device takes on average; on one page.
