islemde.app uses only the cookies that are strictly necessary for the site and the application to work. We do not use advertising, tracking or third-party analytics cookies; for this reason, we do not ask for cookie consent.

Cookies we use

• islemde.session_token and islemde.session_data: remember that you are signed in. Kept for the duration of the session or until you sign out.
• islemde.two_factor: used temporarily during two-step verification.
• islemde_chat: remembers your live support chat on the site in this browser; it carries a signed identifier and no other information. 180 days.
• sidebar_state: remembers whether the side menu in the dashboard is open or closed. 7 days.

Browser storage

Your light or dark theme preference is kept in your browser's local storage (localStorage) and is not sent to our servers. Whether the live support bubble stays open, any message you have typed but not sent, and the time you dismissed the introductory note are also kept only in your browser.

Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block the strictly necessary cookies, you will not be able to sign in.
