Service

İşlemde is a software service used by subscription over the internet that provides job records, photos, quote approval, digital signatures, customer tracking and warranty certificates for repair and service businesses.

Price and payment

• The period price of the plan you choose, the VAT amount and the total are shown on the payment page. Prices are published on the Pricing page.
• If you exceed the number of jobs included in your plan, your plan's per-job fee is invoiced at the end of the period for each job over the limit. You can set an alert amount and a monthly cap in the dashboard.
• Payment is taken by card, secured by iyzico. The subscription renews automatically at the start of each period until you cancel it.
• Your invoice is sent to your e-mail via Paraşüt as an e-Fatura or e-Arşiv invoice.

Performance

The service is made available for use immediately upon approval of the payment.

Right of withdrawal

Since this is a service performed instantly in electronic form, there is no right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 15/1-ğ of the Distance Contracts Regulation. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

You can send your requests to destek@islemde.app. If you qualify as a consumer, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court within the monetary limits.
