Parties and scope

These Terms of Use govern the relationship between Asaf Efe Bağ ("İşlemde", "we") and the business using the service at islemde.app ("Customer", "you"). By opening an account or using the service, you accept these terms.

İşlemde is a software service provided over the internet that enables repair and service businesses to keep their job records, photos, quotes, customer approvals and warranty certificates.

Account and team

• The person who opens the account declares that they are authorized to represent the business.
• Each person you add to your team signs in with their own account. You are responsible for the roles and permissions you give to people.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential. If you notice any unauthorized use, tell us immediately through the support chat, the Support page in your dashboard, or destek@islemde.app.

Trial period

New accounts are entitled to a free trial for 14 days, for up to 50 jobs. No card details are required for the trial. When the period ends, your account becomes read-only; your records are not deleted immediately, and when you choose a plan you pick up where you left off. If no plan is chosen within 12 months, job records and photos are deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

Plans, fees and payment

• Plan fees are published on the Pricing page and exclude VAT.
• The plan fee is charged in advance at the start of the period. Usage exceeding the number of jobs included in the plan is charged per job at the end of the period and collected together with the next payment.
• Payments are taken through the iyzico infrastructure; your card details are not stored on İşlemde servers. For recurring payments, your card is stored by iyzico.
• Invoices are issued via Paraşüt as e-Fatura or e-Arşiv invoices and sent to your billing e-mail address.
• If a payment cannot be collected, it is retried after 1, 3 and 6 days. If the delay exceeds 7 days, your account may be made read-only until payment is made. If payment is not made within 12 months after it becomes overdue, job records and photos are deleted.
• Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance and take effect at the start of the next period.

Rules of use

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes or upload content that infringes the rights of others or is misleading or harmful. You may not make any attempt that would endanger the security of the service, create excessive load or gain unauthorized access. In the event of a breach of these rules, we may suspend your account.

Data and privacy

The customer and job records you enter into the service belong to you. You are the data controller for this data; İşlemde, in its capacity as data processor, processes it only in accordance with your instructions. Details are set out in the Data Processing Agreement and the Privacy Policy.

When collecting personal data from your customers, it is your obligation to inform them and to obtain their explicit consent where required.

Service continuity

We make reasonable efforts to provide the service without interruption; however, interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, third-party infrastructure failures and force majeure. We announce planned maintenance in advance whenever possible.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability arising from indirect damages, loss of profit and loss of data is limited to the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the relevant damage. Cases of intent and gross negligence are excluded from this limitation.

Termination

You can cancel your subscription from the dashboard at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. In the event of a material breach of these terms, we may close your account by giving notice. After the account is closed, your data is kept for the periods set out in the Privacy Policy and then deleted.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes by e-mail at least 30 days before they take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of the place to which the address ÇİLE MAH. 7454 SK. No: 9 MENDERES/İZMİR belongs have jurisdiction over disputes; for users who qualify as consumers, the right to apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts is reserved.
