Plan, payment and invoices

Pick your plan, pay by card and get your invoice by email. Businesses outside Turkey pay no Turkish VAT and pay in euros or US dollars.

The Plan and billing page shows your plan, this period's usage, your estimated bill and your past invoices.

Choosing a plan and paying

  • Every business starts with a 14-day Pro trial.
  • To choose a plan, pick one on Plan and billing, enter your billing details and pay by card. At renewal the amount is charged to the same card automatically.
  • Businesses in Turkey pay 20% VAT on top. Pay yearly and get 2 months free.

Invoices

Your invoice arrives by email as an e-Arşiv document. You can download past invoices from the Invoices list on the same page.

Changing or cancelling your plan

  • When you move up a plan, the new plan starts right away; for the rest of this period you only pay the difference.
  • To move down, use Switch at renewal; the change happens at the end of the period.
  • If you choose Cancel at end of period, everything stays open until then and you aren't charged again. After that your account becomes read-only, and your records are deleted 90 days later.

Going over your plan

Your service isn't cut off. Jobs beyond your plan's allowance are billed per job at the end of the period. On the No surprise bills card you can set a warning amount and a monthly cap.

Paying from outside Turkey

  • Outside Turkey we only sell to businesses. In your billing details, choose your country and enter the business's legal name and its tax or VAT number. Buying as an individual is only available in Turkey for now; it's on the roadmap.
  • No Turkish VAT is charged (export of services). The invoice shows your business's tax number.
  • Businesses in the euro area pay in euros, everywhere else in US dollars. The amount is worked out at the Central Bank of Turkey rate of the day and shown with the rate at the payment step.
  • You need a card issued outside Turkey; cards issued in Turkey can't make foreign-currency payments.
